I put up a live camera via TeVeo. If you've never been to that site you should check it out.

Anyway right now there is a looped clip playing, but going forward I'll be workin' the Balis live between 12:00 and 2:00 Eastern time.

Here's how to find it:

~ go to www.teveo.com
~in the first section theres a link to "View all web cams".
~ in the alphabetical list click on "B".
~ scroll down to the Butterfly cam

You're there!

Two hours straight? Will you be leaving to take a piss, get a snack, or drop the knife occasionally? I do that a lot.

My right hand/wrist/arm is all screwed up...pain started this week. Something seems to be wrong with my tendons or bones or something. I hope it's not related to my flippin'.

Actually, at slower speeds, it still looks pretty cool. You know that strobe light effect, where motion looks jerky and unreal?

That is too cool! I have a DSL on my computer at work. Almost like being there. Clay you need to put on a training course so we can learn this stuff first hand. I have to be missing more than I am picking up using books and the internet. I live in the in MA but would be willing to travel three to four hours to attend. Any chance you would consider it? There would have to be others living in the north east who would want to attend?

Whooooooooo........... 2 hours straight!

I sat down twice for 5 minutes each time (while still flippin') and only dropped 3 times, and that was in the last half hour. Pretty cool!

KNIFE THROWER, I'm glad you enjoyed the show. Sooner or later I guess it's going to come to that(a training course). You'll be the first to know.

Those with DSL, Cable, and T1 lines definitly have the advantage with this. I checked the 56 connection with my Laptop last night and it does get choppy...... sorry about that.

By the way, I could drop the resolution and the screen size to improve the quality, but I figured the bigger screen gives a better show. Anyone else have anything to report??

Great transisions and rolls! Have you given any thought to video? I mean VHS taping? I bet you could generate some income. I know I would buy a tape.

Hey KT, I'm glad you're enjoying the show.

Unfortunately, it looks like you're the only one that can. I had my Laptop connected through the phone @56K and the video looked like crap. Even the loops play slow.

I might try a smaller screen on Monday (or over the weekend) just to see if it makes it any better to view.

VCR tape??? Man, you're getting private lessons every day now, LOL.

Seriously, I'd love to do a series of tapes, but I've yet to find a production company that will give me full control over the content and still put up the money.

I'm am working on a CD rom though.

Good thing I bought the DVD player that will play the rewriteable CDs. Let me know where to send the check. I guess I should thank my boss for the DSL?

Reminds me of when I use to Ski out in Utah. I would go 4 or 5 hours without falling down, and then the last half hour I would fall two or three times. It was the only way I knew I was tired and it was time to go home.

You can buy a Sony Digital Video Camera for around $700. Then buy two high quality VCR's and just make copies. If you sold them for 20 bucks each, you would only have to sell 50 to reach the break even point

Just one importer I deal with sells over 100,000 of the junk china butterfly knives a year. So, I am sure there would be a good market for instructional vidoes. You have already established yourself as a expert. In fact I was thinking of sending you one of the new China butterfly knives for free, if you would give me a quick review of it that I could use in my auctions.
