You are expired, no Gold Banner shows by your username.

You can go to your profile and scroll it to see if the Gold is available again.

Simply purchase it from there.

Also, at the very bottom is the information of your profile date and such.

 
I thought I would lump on to this thread. How long does it usually take for the upgrade to show up?
