Expired membership and PM's

Unfortunately is seems that instead of changing to knifemaker status like I planned, that I will have to let my membership expire when the time comes in Nov. I believe. I was wondering if PM's are automatically restored when membership is renewed/if there is a time limit between expiry and deletion, or if they get removed when expiry occurrs. I've had a bit of delay in renewing membership that had me as a registered user, but I had always paid prior to expiry so am not sure if that made a difference.

I try to remember to back up my messages, but my phone is much better than my computer, and it's nice to have the direct link on the page. Hopefully work turns around a bit between now and then- my maker status was to be my birthday present to myself, but another therapist was hired today, and I'm only seeing 1-2 clients right now so I doubt things will improve in the short term.
