Explain what this means...

"Only when checked will this Filter take effect. Conversation Filters allow you to redirect newly received conversations into a 'Filtered' tab on your conversation list page. Whenever one of the following criteria is met, the conversation will be flagged as 'filtered', your unread conversations count will not increase and you will not receive email notification for it"
