Extra handle for 4.7

I asked the same question last month and this was the response from Jordyn.

"Additional handles, fasteners, and sheath will be available for regular purchase from our website once this production run had finished."

If I were to take a wild guess, maybe they'll be available early next year (if you still can't find any elsewhere). I'd really like to get a set of bone linen handles!

What are you looking for, revolver? I bet if you ask over on the Facebook page, someone can help you out...

The last time that I bought a 4.7 the handle options were kind of limited.
I wonder if they'll do another run of handles just for extras?
Edit: I just checked the 4.7 CPM154 handle options and they only list brown canvas and camo canvas.

Where can I buy an extra set of handles for my gso 4.7 ?
I can't find them on the survive site

I haven't listed them yet because they are in very short supply. Between all the resizing work and people changing their orders, it is hard to know exactly what we have. Additionally, there are a few more popular ones that I ended up ordering more of (ghost jade, etc). Once we have those in the workshop I will get the product page put together for GSO-4.7 handles.

Tight as heck, yes. Locktite, not that I am aware of. There was a small packet of some blue stuff in my last S!K box. I know Psybul had his hands full with a recent set and asked if they were doing something different.

My recommendation is to take the screws out of left side (not the female barrels out of the right side). At least the screws do now bear against the side of the hole in the grip, so you are not fighting that friction too. Just my .02

I think they are put on pretty tight by hand, but not Loctite. Anyone have a different experience?

I removed the scales off the 4.7 the other day and ended up having to use my Milwaukee driver!! But that's mainly because the torx keys set that I own have short handles which makes it difficult to get good leverage.

Oh man, glad you did it safely. Spinning machines plus a Guy sharp blade sounds like a potential trip to the emergency room with several fingers carried in a ziploc bag!

I posted this pic awhile back, but the wrench/key is what I use.

Just imagine an unsheathed GSO 12 spinning around!? The end result would probably be a missing arm and maybe a leg too

The T25 key I have is even smaller than the one you have in that pic which is why I resorted to the Milwaukee. Don't worry, I placed the 4.7 in a vice WITH the sheath on the blade
