extra improved plow share cable

I have been scouring the internet trying to find where to buy extra improved plow share cable (or whatever is 1084... maybe just improved plow share?) anyways, I would like to buy it new and not have to worry about what the steel is and if it is rusty inside. where would I be able to get it?
