Extra Wide Watch Band

unless you mean this thing:

which is a compass I think. looks a little big to be a watch.

A Leather strap that wide looks good on Burt Reynolds, but it starts to smell funnier than the underside of his hairpiece in short order. Still gotta have one in leather? Go to the local Rennaisance Fair and have them make you one, either that or the local BDS&M Outlet.
 
I would have thought it was a watch. However by carefully looking at the picture, it looks like a big compass attached to wrist band. I remember large leather wrist bands were popular in the 70s. Burt also has a matching wrist band on his left hand.

I'll have to watch it again. I've only seen the whole movie once. On the last float trip I enjoyed, my brother and step-dad kept humming the dueling banjos music. Nothing like rafting through steep canyons and having that music go through your head...:eek:
