Extravaganza question

Are the prices of the items up for grabs only going to be posted at the time of? I noticed that some items had prices for them but not others, am I missing something?

i thought there was a price for the 1994 steel heart prototype... that's what confused me, there was a price on that but nothing else. I guess i shouldn't have used the word "some"..
