hi guys, what do you think about this knife at all? is it way overpriced or just like other quality and pricey knives?
did you see or use one of them? are they just -keep in case- knives or could be used as a bushcraft or hunting knife?

They’re well made but not a great value. Some come with crappy obtuse edge. If you loge the knife theb it is worth it.

The 39-09 is surprisingly restrained for a company which suffers from a severe case of design over function.

That is far too much for what you get imo. I'd look elsewhere. Spartan has a better dagger in that price range.

The kabar Ek will also do the same as the way more expensive 39-09.
Id take the others mentioned till now in this thread over the ER.

And OP : I agree with Lapedog. If you like the knife get it and use it. If it has a bad edge that's fixable.
Haha I showed my $17 Kershaw Strobe to a coworker after I had reprofiled it and put a polished edge on it. He offered me twenty bucks for it.
I said "maybe for $120".
He said do you mean that ? Do you like the knife that much ?
I had to say yes. I really like this knife in fact.

Wow how did that happen lol. I’ll leave it that way for posterity.

Once you love it and make it yours its priceless. Unless someone wants to pay me time and then some for all the work put into it.
