Extrema Ratio Choice Help!!!

I'm looking at a new Extrema ratio to buy.I've decided to buy either the ER SHRAPNEL Testudo Finish or the FULCRUM C Testudo Finish.
I've read at about the SHRAPNEL but not to much about the FULCRUM C.
Any help.The only big thing I seen was the different in sheaths.Price is only about a $12.00 difference so that's not a issue:confused:
 
I have the Shrapnel it's a great knife ,a really good cutter and slicer it's a very handy small fixed blade to have around. I don't have a Fulcrum, but it does seem to be more of a pry-bar than the Shrapnel, so i guess it comes down to what uses you have in store for it. I would say that if you want to do regular cutting get the Shrapnel, If you want to do more prying get the Fulcrum, or buy both. Either way i have found my E.R. knife to be high quality and very capable....

P.S. let us know what you decide on.
