I have received the Extrema Ratio CORVO a few weeks ago, so it’s now time for a brief review

The Corvo (craw) is a Chilean knife with curved blade, who was initially used by campesinos during the Independence War (1810), than as a military tool (1836, 1870). Nowadays, Corvo knives are used by some SF of the Chilean Army

CORVO is a fairly big knife, 7” blade and 6,3mm thickness are enough for the toughest tasks. Anyway, is fairly well balanced and maneuverable, being an ER knife is as usual very well made, and the nylon sheath is one of the best on the market. On the minus side, the sheath frontal pocket is really tight, just small and very flat items (as an ER sharpener) can be stored in it.

Cheers,
AD

I've wanted a Corvo for a while but I'm afraid to ask the price.....

ETA: but I want the traditional model, the ER isn't my cup of tea.
