Extreme duty pen question

I have a copper Extreme Duty pen and the ink cartridge moves up and down about 2mm-3mm or so. It's quite annoying when I'm actually trying to write with it. Is this normal?

This is the cartridge that came with the pen, not a replacement. Also, everything is screwed down tight.

Odd to be missing on a brand new pen, but an e-mail should quickly remedy this.

Got to watch for the spring whenever swapping out the ink cartridges.

Just got some replacement screws for my 3" from Rob. Crazy fast shipping. Guys at the ranch are top notch for sure. Best part was the entire box of Hinderer tactical peanuts they came packed in.
