Extreme ratio

so I'm looking at Extreme Ratio's folders and they look pretty damn sweet n tough. Does anyone own any Extreme Ratio knives? Wondering how the quality is on them, the steel seems good, any thoughts?
 
I've owned a couple. They are very high quality. Crazily overbuilt. Very heavy and chunky. The steel holds an edge a good long time. If you buy one, buy from a dealer that you trust 110%. There are lots of fakes of these knives out there.
I like their little Shrapnel fixed blade. It's very well designed, just dead sexy.
 
I've owned several folders and currently own a Dark Talon which is one of their newer slimmer lighter designs. Good quality all around.
 
Good to know, let me ask this.. i just ran across a site online, I don't know if it's ok if I say who it is here, but they have phenomenal prices on everything from Hogue to Emerson knives, the best prices I've seen anywhere hands down...I'll say this they are out of Las Vegas, anyone know who I'm speaking of and cam I trust them?
 
I own on of their daggers very high quality & I would buy it again . Just as others have posted there are a lot fakes out there more so for Extema than others for some odd reason. Mine came from the U.S. distributor at the time which was located in Utah . Good luck & be careful.

very high quality folders, however, I have seen their fixed blades fail due to weak tang design
But if you want a folder that will stay steady with you from hell to back, get one of their lockbacks!

For the love of Scagel, people, it's Extrema. With an "a" at the end. Not "Extreme." :grumpy:
