Danny MacAskill. I saw this vid and was mesmerized at the level of skill. This level approaches Art.

I've seen several videos of Hans "No Way" Rey:

Similar stuff; he's the guy that did all the stunt riding for the Pacific Blue TV show.

Quite amazing, as are MC trials riders. Requires a remarkable skill-set, and a willingness to endure a lot of pain as well.

Hehe- due to childhood ear infections, I've always been sort of "balance-challenged". Doing good just to keep the rubber-side down.

That Danny Mac dude is friends with my cousin Duncan Shaw who is in the Scottish and British trials teams :)

Wow, no kidding. We have some guys like that in my neck of the woods, but that guy's in a class of his own. When you get to that skill level, the bike is a part of your body.

Thanks for posting that, I always enjoy seeing someone with skill and talent doing something to the best of their ability, truly amazing performance. I honestly just don't have the guts to do that kind of stuff, I know I would hurt myself and I don't like that very much. Having played with bicycles, skateboards and moto-x bikes I can appreciate the amount of time he has spent practicing and just how difficult it is, he just makes it look easy.

That's incredible. I did that sort of thing when I was a kid. Back when I could afford bruises...and I was at about 1/100th of his skill level.

I love to see anyone do anything expertly. Makes me think about what I can become an expert in.

:thumbup: Its great to see how far trials riding has come over the years. I really like the BMX street/flatland aspect that a lot of guys are adding to it. And the guy in that video is definitely an amazing rider.

Isn't that amazing? I love to watch people who have such wonderful abilities. Thanks very much

I saw this a while ago. Great video... I normally get bothered by the "boing boing boing" trials style of guys like Hans Rey, as amazing as they are. This rider has a lot of style and fluidity, plus he's just plain nuts! When guys make this sort of thing look easy... well, you aren't seeing the stitches, broken bones, etc.

Wow i ride street(bmx) and the stuff that guy does is difficult to even do on a BMX bike! You really have to know how much your bike can take and how much you can take.
