My Eye Brand Brown Smooth Bone Mini Trapper came!!! Whoo-hoo!!
I'll post some pix when I get the technology figured out (should have figured that out years ago...back to the point)
This pic does it justice:

Heres my uneducated (compared to the rest of the folk around here) take on it...
One down I see...when closed, the clip blade can be wiggled a little bit. Maybe thats a fit issue to be expected, maybe not, I don't know. To me, very, very minor.
On the plus side...I'm not seeing the rough/rustic finish people have talked about. It is smooth everywhere. No rough edges, the pins dont stick out, the brown smooth bone is beautiful and ranges in color from very dark brown to a light brownish red. I think the finish is incredible.
Walk and talk...I don't have much to compare the walk to, but the blades SLAM shut. Its almost a little scary. The things a bear trap.
The blades are plenty sharp. And the knife is much heavier than it looks, which has got to be a good thing.
I'm happy. And thanks to everyone for their advice on my first slippie!
I'm even more excited about what I scored on a popular auction site that rhymes with Tree Day last night. But thats another thread.
And lastly, Kenny @ Sooner State rules.
