This may actually belong in the "Custom" forum, or maybe it doesn't belong in the forums at all, but I was surfing some knife purveyors' sites and saw something of true beauty and wanted others to see it too. To me, this knife is the whole package. The grain of the handle balances the incredible hamons of the blade. The yellow bolster complements the warm color of the wood. EVERYTHING comes together in the overall design. Hope the link works: http://www.bladegallery.com/knives/knife.asp?knifeid=226&alt=alt3&pics=small

I have no relationship to the site, other than having purchased a knife from it in the past.

yes, anders is an extremely talented young man..............

just about everything he makes amazes me!!! :D

Yep, Anders' work is amazing. He's a very nice and humble guy too.

BTW his knives are even better in person.

Thank you, dryfly. That's a gorgeous knife. It's so clean. Nothing superfluous -- just great lines and warm materials. I love it.

I agree 100%, Anders' knives are some of my favorites of the custom world.

Here are a few more examples of his work, all pics taken also from Blade-Gallery, except the Olivewood Tanto, which is mine, all mine. :)
