fpbefore.jpg fpafter.jpg I really like this for using knives, where silk fabric and rayskin and epoxy is more than the knife calls for. Sorry for crappy cell pics.
1. clean handle
2. apply 3m stair tape - it gives the paracord something to hold onto and looks cool
3. wrap the handle (gutted paracord is best for smaller knives)
4. lightly toast the paracord with a torch or lighter to bring out a grippier texture.
Voila!
(On this knife I also did grind some metal off the handle - apparently Fred Perrin has bigger hands than I do - also added a swedge for kicks)
