F A Bower 21/10H

Can anyone tell me anything good or bad about F A Bower knives? My older brother has one that is in bad shape and I was wanting to get him another like it as a present.
The knife has a 10 inch blade about 1 1/2 inch wide. It is marked 21/10H. It it has some file work on the spine.
Any information would be appreciated.
