I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Dwyer this Sunday at the Timonium Knife Show in MD. Had a great time and saw a ton of knives I really wanted to have. Especially the AL model.

I was the Firey Eyed Filippino Guy (F.E.F.G.)that hovered around the table fondling and staring at all the model samples you brought.

Also got to meet Vince behind the table and his long haired ponytailed significant other, according to Duane. I hope you two will be very happy with each other :D

I was lucky enough to walk away with a D-9 and a MFS from the slim pickings they had at the table. There would have been less left behind if I would have brought more $$$. I've got the Strider itch soooo bad I have a EB-LS on the way before the end of the week.

I plan on breaking these bad blades in this weekend. We have Steve Tarani coming out to do some blade work for us in Harrisburg. So the EB-LS and the MFS will be getting most of the workout because those are a little easier to carry concealed than the D-9.

Here's a post of some of the training we do once a month here:

Just wanted to drop in from the Emerson forum and say it was great meeting you and I like your stuff.

Ross T.,
You made a great buy. A Strider knife is like no other. You are going to love the EB. I have and am carring right now the EB-LT and after searching for years for the perfect carry concealable blade I found it in the Strider EB.
If the Sh***t ever really hit the fan I am confident to carry a Strider into the fray.

Yeah if they had an EB for sale at the table that day I would have come home with one of those. I liked the way the textured G10 grabbed and held on to you. It was sorta like 30 lpi on the frontstrap of a pistol.

So I just had to try and get one and lucked out and found one.

If I had to use them, I have no doubt they'd do what they were meant to do and then some.
