WWII era antique balisong knife. The bolsters are brass with an unknown insert material. Sold to me as ivory, I would almost venture to say this is actually bone of some sort, but I am no expert. She swings freely, unlike most of the other balisong I have seen from this era. A sort of Bowie blade profile, with a very unique tang, compliments this knife with a nice even patina. She still locks up in both the open and closed positions. 5.5" closed, with an OAL of just over 9", she weighs in at 4.5 oz. IMHO, an extremely sexy piece of balisong history... $withdrawn $withdrawn...
