F8? Has anybody worked with this steel?

Got a small piece of F8 from a friend. From what little I could find out, it seems that this should be a great edge holding steel, although not even remotely stainless. I believe F8 has a large amount of Tungsten in it, but am unsure of the exact alloy composition. Anyone have any experience with this steel or maybe know the exact analysis?

A few years ago I tried to get some AISI F2 for and industrial application but couldn't find anyone to supply it with out buying a train load.

I've looked and cannot find any info on F8, however I have some stuff for F2 and F10.

F2: 1.3% Carbon, .30% mang, .30% Si, 3.5% tungsten

F10: only .10-.20% Carbon, with nickle and chromium.

I'll be watching this thread as I have a great interest in getting my hands on some F2 and if F8 is anything like it...I want some!
