Here is a brand new pair by Fabrizio Silvestrelli (Silvester Knives) just in from Italy. 4" blades, 9 1/4" overall, engraved by Luca Casari of Beretta. Mammoth ivory, gold pins, & firework like you can't believe, words can hardly describe how nice these knives are. Here are a few pictures.

Before I got these, I got a note from my legendary dealer that he had a pair coming, and the builds and the engraving was VERY worthy. Make sure I show them.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.... I deal with this stuff all the time. I don't get overwhelmed easily.

YIKES!!!

I was floored. He was right. I'm REALLY happy for Martin to own either of these--and BOTH? Just wow.

That's just a stunning pair of art knives, Martin... I took one of Coop's "large file" images and used the loop tool to really go up close on almost every area of both knives.. The finish sure looks top tier to me... I remember a time when a posting like this, good photo's of a pair unique and beautiful knives, would have caused a sensation... What a tough room this section of the forum has become...

Taken all together, your recent additions by various Italian makers is very impressive... Big thumbs up from me... Best Regards, Rich

That is a great set of knives. Congrats on acquiring these and on top of that a couple of Fogarizzus as well. Some people have all the luck.

I had the opportunity to hold and study the pair he made last year(I believe) which were the same patterns as these beauties. They were absolutely two of the finest knives I've ever seen up close. Fit and finish were air-tight, every embellishment perfectly executed...definitely 10/10 on my modest little score card. Fabrizio is one of the best in the game and one of my favorite makers out there. Thanks for posting!!!
