Factory edge angel on the RMD?

The edge is convex so it's hard to say what angle they are at the apex. I sharpened mine with a V grind, So if I had to guess it was around 25ish. I'll re-convex it on the next sharpening now that I have established a 20º angle per side.
 
Well I know they come with a fairly thick edge and when I order I was going to let Josh and crew know to thin it out a bit I just wanted to know how much it needed to be thinned out.
 
It was sharp from the factory, So it's not like I needed to sharpen it. I only did it cause I'm picky and the edge pro makes it easy to do.
