Factory Edges on Para2

I recently bought a para 2 204p in new condition, but the blade edge doesn’t look smooth/clean as my new red para2 M390 or smooth G10 cruwear, so am not sure if I came like that from factory.
Did spyderco change their grinding technique?

I believe I read it is all done by robots now in Golden. The 204P's were probably before they switched over I'm pretty sure.

I recently bought a pair of them (one for a buddy), and they are freakishly sharp. I believe they came from the robots at Golden.

Just bought a ‘blurple’ one for a friend’s retirement and it is shaaaaaaarp! I’ve had/got (well I’m embarrassed to say) many P2’s and they’ve all come sharp. Enjoy.

I picked up a camo/black blade PM2 from the outlet store about eight months ago. If it wasn't the sharpest out of the box Spydie I have ever seen it was darn close..
