Factory knife sleeves

Does anyone know where I can buy the plastic sleeves factory knives are sent in? They measure 2x6.5 inches and open at the small end. If there is someone, I would like 200 of them.

This question was posted over in the Schrade Collector's forum, and I am reposting it here on the off-chance that a former Camillus employee will see it and remember where Camillus sourced theirs. I take it that these are the small polybags.

Yes, I am talking about the small polybags. I called Camillus but no return call. I also emailed them but no reply.
