Hi guys, I know Spyderco advertised their factory edges are at 15 dps, I don't find that to be consistent from model to model.

Anyone here know?

That's pretty much the norm with any factory knife. Many factories have a 'target' they claim to shoot for; but, since the edges are almost always applied and/or finished by hand, by employees doing dozens or hundreds of them per shift, there's no way it'll ever be very consistent from knife to knife. Don't worry too much about trying to match a set angle; just sharpen it as you see fit. Anything from 25°-40° inclusive is usually a safe range to aim for, with modern knives; the best cutting will be at 30° or lower. I'd set the bevels at the thinner end of the range and then make adjustments as needed over time with subsequent resharpening, to find a value that's durable enough but still sharp enough for your uses.
