Factory Sale - When??

Folks,

Last year, the factory sale was end of November time frame. Does anyone know when it will be this year?

I am fortunate to have a buddy who worked at Rocky Flats. He hooked me up with a guy in Golden that will buy for a few of us.

Please let me know. I really need a D2 military.:)

What they are talking about is a sale that goes on at the Spyderco Factory Outlet in Golden, CO. They sell factory seconds, clearance items and overstock at the sale, usually at great prices. The sale is usually annual, usually toward the end of the year, always on a Saturday when they can fit it into their busy schedule.

I wouldn't bet an old sock on finding a D2 Millie there, though. I'd bet those all went out at last year's sale.

just curious, how are factor seconds marked?

is there any way to know if you are buying a factory second in the used knife marketplace??
