Failed tiger stripe patina

still looks cool though. i spent a lot of time putting stripes on my 11, over and over. kept wearing off or blending in with use. so i said screw it. stuck it in a jar of chili-garlic sauce for some randomness and that was that. if you're interested, and i can get around to it i'll post some recent pictures.
 
Remember, it's not a failure unless you failed to learn from the experience. A little light sanding and it'll be ready for round 2.
 
When I look at that, I see a temporary postponement of glorious success.
 
When i get some more time i will succeed in this endeavor. Since i upgraded my phone i find posting pics is much easier, so hopefully i can start doing more on the forums

I have found that the 15 takes a patina less quickly than say my bk2. Idk why that is. Attempts at patina-ing my 15 have been difficult.
