I'll show you guys the organic black this week after I'm done shipping. It's very cool!

For a true black (on stainless and Ti) I'm thinking Cera-kote but I'm going to look into that very closely. DLC would be my preferred method but that might cost a fortune...

Speaking of black knives I need a stainless tank for Parkerizing too... I have the chemicals, etc and want to do some one of these days.

We have a company around here that does powder coating. Maybe someday...

For TI, you could try that brass brush wheel + heat the Ti method and see how it turns out!
