I am really excited to release my new RF2 Framelock Folder! These have been well over a year in the works and are my second Framelock design for me to make. I call it the RF2 because it is in some ways an evolution of the RF1 but with some of the lines from my Carbide Edge Friction Folder.

My main goal with this knife is to have a pocket friendly, every day carry, overbuilt yet streamlined and not too heavy framelock. I feel the blade to handle ratio is excellent and for such a solid knife it is relatively light at just over 5 ounces.

8.1" Total Length
4.6" Handle
3.5" Blade
.140" 6al4v Titanium Frames
.155" D2 Steel Blade
Stainless Steel Hardware
Ceramic Detent
Phosphor Bronze Washers
Carved Ti DFK logo Clip
Chisel grind with back bevel
Stonewashed blade with Electric Blue anodized Frames

This one is signed Fairly on the spine and 001 on the blade.

You're doing a really fine job on those folders you're making these days....

So Nice!

Thats a home run dude

Daniel- You pulled something off that's not easy to do. Congratulations, my friend.

Wow. The colors you went with look amazing.

And that clip is just badass.

Much appreciated!

Thanks Rolf!

Nice color combo & yeah, that clip is just fantastic.
Hey thanks!

Thanks everyone!

I love it. Stonewashed blade, rounded corners, and a clip that looks like the enemy of the ordinary seatbelt!

I like that a LOT, and the proportions are right up my alley.

Daniel, I assume this one is taken but I would like one of your lighter weight models with a satin finish as the satin /high polish blades have less resistance in a cutting medium. Also, blue handles. BTW, I would love a friction size folder in a frame lock.

Very nice Daniel. Great job on the clip, which can often go overlooked.

Much appreciated! I wanted this clip to be as streamlined as possible.

Thanks RKH! I'm working on making that friction folder design into a frame lock, it would be good to send one down your way.

I'm also working on that satin finish for these, with the folders I am hand lapping the blades for now but when I upgrade to a disc grinder it will be on!
