Fake 1st Production Anthem???

I know it's real, but my eBay customer says it "doesn't seem authentic" because his Benchmade "expert" says the markings aren't right and the "feel" is diffrent. Can anyone from Benchmade authenticate this knife for me?
I bought this from an authorized dealer in Houston, Tx (Top Brass Military and Tactical).

And could this be a fake from eBay?
The box and label seem counterfeit.

Hope you get an answer. Looks real to me. If i was to see your picture on the marketplace, I would buy if the price was right. 2nd post about another ebay one looks good too. Would have to see the front of box and inside as well. You try calling Benchmade with your original photos? Maybe you can get a hold of a customer service rep and email the pictures for an answer.

Looks legit to me but the only way to tell 100% is to send it in to Benchmade per our policy.

Looks just like the first production I used to own as well. If you got it at an authorized dealer, I suspect your good, but yeah the only way to be 100% sure would be to send it in to Benchmade.

If you do just be careful, they basically always slap the knife on the grinder and take way too much steel off of your blade, and often give it back to you with an uneven bevel afterwards, even if you explicitly ask them not to sharpen it at all. My only real complaint about their otherwise great warranty and service.
