Fake Benchmade 808 Loco?

Im not sure if this is fake, the knife seems to be of good quality. Axis lock omega looks to be legit. My concern was the original pocket clip looks painted to me (see vid, i removed that and put on a new bm clip).

The box is the biggest source of concern, very shitty printing and no date on it like all my other bm boxes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The box seems pretty legit, only the newer boxes have the date on them. However, I have a mini loco and the blade steel is marked on the other side of the oval. It also has the “benchmade.com/patent” underneath the blade steel. Maybe it’s just the pictures but the general markings seem somewhat faint. I’m no expert but in my opinion it does look a bit suspicious. Maybe reach out to Jimmy (@Benchmade) for further inquiry.
