Can anyone help me out here, bought this on ebay from a seller with 100 percent positive feedback. Haven’t received it yet but I’m getting a strange fake vibe from this. Can anyone determine if it’s fake or authentic benchmade. No box or paperwork. Seller said he bought this aftermarket sheath for it. Doesn’t come with orange and black sheath. Marking and font seem good to me from pics.
 
Always a good practice to find authorized dealers wherever and whenever possible
You should return it and find one with more of the original fix'ns added (box,paper,sheath)
 
Tough to say for sure but I think the knife looks pretty legit. The sheath logo being colored in seems odd but being used this could have been done by the owner.
