Fake Busse Folders !!!

Just noticed several "Busse Knife Company" folders for sale on e-bay...I wont link to them but it is about as blatant as can be imagined, the a$$ho%es even use the hogs head logo and in one have put togetehr what looks like a full page magazine advertisement for their blade using the Busse Knife Co imagary...!!!! Pitty they are hiding out in a sewer in China..!!

Only folders I see on that site are Swamp Rat folders, and those are real.

I've seen them. They're hideous. If they weren't so ugly, it would just be the infringement that i objected to, but stamping the Busse name on something that ugly and then expecting those of us who actually know enough to want something with that name on it to believe it is just... insulting

The sad thing is the people that actually buy this crap. At one time you could warn people off with comments, but fleabay seems to protect them now.

So sad. Not many of us have a real Busse folder. They look nothing like the real thing

There is already a thread or two on this and months ago I PMed and e-mailed about these to those who's Intellectual property rights are infringed.

Problem is the manufacturer, primary distributor and other principle bad actors are not USA based. Decency? Rules? Do right thing/ not do because it's just wrong? All that means so little to some.

We post photos and words about our hobbies in an open forum viewed by many. Some of our innocent acts are stolen, manipulated and twisted to the benefit of those that profit from fake/knockoff and counterfeit items. Shameful!


A real official Busse folding knife is something very appealing to me and I hope it someday becomes a reality for us.
