Went to a gun show today and saw some Commanders in a case.Boxes looked right and the knives looked right until I handled them.They were worse than 5.00 China imports in the gas station.Thin liners that traveled all the way over and some strange looking thick gold washers.The guy started at 75.00 each and by the time I walked off was down to 60.00.
Be careful,this was the first time I have seen out right fakes at a gun show.
 
u812, was this a local sponsored gun show, or one of the "national" touring promoter types ?

Mr. Emerson is in Knoxville for the Spirit of Steel Show. He should stop by the gun show and check out the fakes and try to try the source of them.
 
Did you get the contact info of the seller? Website perhaps? Need to stop those bastards right quick.
