Fake Matriarch 2?

Hello guys, I am new to this forum and I would appreciate if you can help me out on this one.

I have two Spyderco Matriarch 2's and the engravings of Spyderco and Seki-City Japan are completely different. Please take a look and discuss.

Both came from Amazon. Just examined the clip and both are different as well.
