Fake strider?

I'm*curious, how do you know it's a fake and a bad one at that? I'm not questioning anyone's ability or knowledge. I'm relatively new to the knife world and I'm just trying to learn. *What gives it away. I know there must be good quality fakes out there as I read once were Mick Strider said he had a hard time telling some of the better fakes from the real thing.

The finish on the blade, the grind lines, the shiny pivot screw, the etching on the blade, the BOS logo, no lock stabilizer, etc.. It looks like the fakes sold through aliexpress for $25 bucks.

The fakes don't have lock rock.

I'm sorry. That was uncalled for, but I just couldn't resist.

Bahahaha! I like your sense of humour! (It could be true!)

As everyone has already said, that is maybe the worst attempt at a Strider I have seen in a long time....

Reminds me of 'Rolex's' people sell for $20.00.

Very good and helpful. When I look at it next to a real Strider I can tell something's off I just couldn't tell what it was. Thanks for the help.
