I'll bring a folding table and a tarp for shade.

I was serious about my offer to bring a brisket, say for Friday night, if enough people are interested -- might be too much meat for the number of people? I could always smoke just a half of it, or bring enough ice to preserve the leftovers if anyone is interested.

Should I bring another pack of bacon as backup? What else is needed? Paper plates/plastic-ware? Syrup for the pancakes?

hey rod, would you mind doing the brisket saturday instead of friday? syrup would be good i think we got enough bacon, maybe some eggs instead.

thanks

great thank you rod.

now we are set on main courses for saturday dinner. now we need side dishes. like a gallon of macaroni salad or potato salad, bread, deserts.

thanks

don't know what i should bring. we might not be there for the saturday breakfast, and i know we won't be there for the saturday dinner, though i could leave a kick ass mushroom salad for the rest of you.

with luck I'll have a passenger, and I can supply pasta salad for Saturday night. (not mayo based, may include fake meat)
I'll also bring a couple pounds of ground venison for Friday lunch or supper.
Fair enough?

for breakfast i can bring some venison sausage..and for dinner i will do boudin stuffed bonelss chicken breast wrapped in bacon.....

I can supply a loaf of bread and some pancake mix for Friday morning as well.
and not a food allergy, but SWMBO is a vegetarian, so at least some food needs to be cooked without meat (which I can do) - milk, eggs, cheese are fine.

if you bring extra, at least you live close enough the leftovers won't spoil. :)

i'm bringing more than my daughter and i could eat, think like a potluck dinner at church.
