We're blessed with picture perfect sunsets on a nightly basis around here, but rarely do you get to witness a harvest moon, a meteor the size of the moon itself (especially DURING a full moon, and early in the evening! This sucker was HUGE) and get to break in your new camera! This is the cheapest, and in my opinion, best, camera I have ever spent money on. Bravo, Panasonic.

Took the opportunity to get some glory shots of some of my blades as well, particularly a few of the newer ones.

PS, sorry for the 14Megapixel photos, photobucket is being infuriating as usual (they have all been resized, I guess it just takes 2-3 days for the server to process it?

Comparison shot. For a knife in the same pricerange of the RC4, it's made out of an equally high quality high carbon steel, even more durable finish and a much nicer full grip handle. As you can see, very practical dimensions for a survival knife. The Howling Rat is my new best friend. Time to get it dirty!

The Maverick, my go-to pack for three years now. If you can see the tomahawk stuck behind the side pocket, you can see just how truly perfect this pack is set up when it comes to navigating sheeple. You can't see the thing unless you're looking for it, and it's instantly accessable to grab over-the-shoulder. I usually carry a hawk on one side and a machete on the other. Out of sight, out of mind, but there at the ready if needed. The side pockets make organization and easy access a cinch, as well.

If I drop this blade, I am so screwed...

what new camera are you using. i have been looking to pick one up myself. something that takes good pictures on its own as i am a horrible at adjusting stuff to make the pics look right.

very beautiful spot you get to play and hang out in

Panasonic Lumix FH20-controls are alot different than anything I've used but I really like it-fast, easy, can be manual. It's got this cool feature where you can choose all the manual settings for certain shots and then switch back and forth between automatic and manual with the press of a button. I love it. For a compact point and shoot it sure does take a clean picture... very accurate colors too.
