Fallkniven A1 vs. S1 vs. F1 (blanks)

I got an F1 blank a couple weeks ago and had a blast making it some handles over the weekend. I want to get another Fallkniven blank.

I can't choose so I thought I'd get your input on the knives. Obviously the knives have different uses so there isn't any fair scale to determine what'd be best, so let's just accept that and be unreasonably biased. Which one should I get next?

I will say, however, that I have a regular production S1 and I wish it had a bit more weight and length to make it better at chopping. I've wanted to try out the A1 but wasn't sure it had enough extra weight and length for that and would end up being just another too-large knife. The F1 is pretty awesome barring any chopping needs.

Also, in case it matters, I'm doing wood handles and mosaic pins.

Thanks

I don't have an A1 but I have an F1 and S1.

I would go for the A1 without a doubt based on your needs.

I, like you, love my F1 but the S1 leaves me wanting more.

I feel that the A1 will fit the bill, and even if its not to your liking, you can still re sell it on a second hand market
