A world-class benchmark among survival knives at a very reasonable price. Solid VG10 stainless steel, smooth black coating, nylon sheath. Blade length is 6 3/8" from tip to handle face, 11 1/8" overall, almost 1/4" thick steel, with an unsharpened swedge to strengthen the point and a very sharp, strong convex edge. Grippy, soft checkered Kraton rubber handle with exposed tang at butt to allow driving the blade with a baton or hammer. Balances right at the face of the handle, allowing a full range of uses from chopping to fine point work.
New in sheath, very slight smoothing of black coating from nylon sheath on blade flats near spine--doesn't show in photo. Other than that appears new, unused, uncarried, unsharpened. No box.
