So I just purchased a Fallkniven A1X knife and it is truly a beast of a knife. However, I'm not to thrilled with the handle scales. Can anyone recommend someone who could make some G10 or Micarta scales to go on this knife? Thanks to all of my Bladeforum brothers in advance!

Would also love to hear if any custom knife makers are making replacement scales for the Fallkniven X Series knives.

Anyone who has become accustomed to comfy coke bottle contoured, hand filling, scales is going to find the grippy, but very thin scales on the X series very uncomfortable for any type of sustained use.

Have you considered checkered Osage Orange (Bodark) as a scale material??

I have this on two knives, and find it excellent. I like 18 LPI checkering.

I found replacement scales for my F1X on Etsy. The seller is Woody Goody in South Korea. The scales are beautiful textured hardwood. Unfortunately, they are just as thin and flat as the original scales, no advantage there but they do look very cool on the knife.
