I just bought one of these without the handle, so im gonna add scales, but i wanna know what you think of this knife, im thinking of carrying it when i go camping, is it worth it, will it stand up if i get in a sticky spot? also edge taking and holding, stuff like that, and any general stories, good or bad.

As far as I know they don't make crud! I could be wrong here IMO.

its a very good blade, have used it when camping and fishing.. my stays sharp, i think the VG10 steel is great would love to see that blade with the "idun" handle

Well i was thinking of using maple scales, just for that classic look, but i dunno any suggestions?
