Greetings fellow Knife Junkies,
I need an opinion; for a bush-crafter (chopping and battening is not a consideration) what would you recommend? The Helle Gaupe with triple laminated stainless, or the Fallkniven Idun with VG-10 Laminated steel? My main considerations are edge retention, good slicing capabilities, handle comfort, overall quality construction of the knife and quality in the sheath.
