Very good steel (VG-10), very good ergonomics, good prices but IMO the length of both blades are too short, if you use the push-cut method for slicing and dicing!

PS I also dislike the coating...
 
Nice review. I am curious as to the "best" kitchen knives, independent of price as well.... suggestions?
