Fallkniven Knife Blanks (custom handle makers?)

I am looking to purchase another Fallkniven F1. I want to know if anyone out here makes handles for these blank blades sold or does anyone here sell knives made from the blanks with the handles already attached. I saw one guy on ebay but does any forum member?
