I'm seriously thinking of aquiring one of these blades. Does anybody have an expierience with it or any of the Northern lights blades?

I have all of the NL Fallkniven. They are very nice if you are looking for traditional fixed blade. If cost is an issue though, better to go with the Thermorun handled ones.

I’ve got an NL2 and an NL4, and I’d like to get an NL3 within the next year.

The fit and finish is excellent, and the knives represent a beautiful combination of form and function.

The leather handles are more comfortable than the thermorun handles on the other Fallkniven models.

I have the Thor and Odin and they are very impressive with a great sheath. love the leather washers.I have heard great things on the VG10 .

Truly excellent knives. I like the NL line more than the standard ones, because of the different blade grinding. The NL series have convex edges but the rest of the blade is ground straight to the back of the blade, which gives a more streamlined profile to the large blade.

Also, the leather handle might look slippery but it is not. It is handsome and practical at the same time.
