Fallkniven Stop The CHIPPING

Hey there gang!
Heard a lot of great things from fallkniven knives and I wan't to know is all this "virgin steel un-chippable" true?
A lot of people say sharp your fallkniven knife a few times to get to the virgin steel and it's indestructible. True?

That's what it did I sharpened it and the chipping is gone .
