Fallkniven TK4 Question

I really like Fallkniven knives, and I know that they are made in Japan. However, I just got a TK4, and it has Sweden stamped on the blade. Is this model made in Sweden? I tried a search here, but no luck. Anyone know the story here? :confused:

Good question, but I don't know the answer. I went to the Fallkniven website and saw the TK4 along with the tang stamp, Fallkniven/Sweden. My PXL folder does not have the name of a country anywhere on it, just PXL/Fallkniven/3G Steel. I've read that they are all built in Japan. Going to the website and clicking on "About Us" brings up pictures of their building, but everything is a showcase, no factory pics to see.
