Fallkniven

I have a fallkniven U2 that I've been useing for about two weeks and I want to touch up the edge. The only problem is that the company doesn't say which angle to sharpen it at. Those of you who own and sharpen fallkniven knives, what angle should I use? I'm considering either 10 or 15 degrees per side...which one would you suggest?

What methods do you use to sharpen your blades? Why not mark the edge with a sharpie and see what angle you need to sharpen at.

Also, is the U2 convexed or Vgrind? because makes a lot of difference.

Put the blade on the stone and see what angle it's at when the edge touches the stone. Sharpen at that angle.
